Meet Lauren Hunt, Integrative Wellness Practitioner
Lauren’s vibrant, colorful life had given her decades of experience. Her life has been marked by resilience, rebirth, and redemption. She guides with a deep understanding of what it means to heal from the inside out.
Lauren doesn’t just talk about healing—she lives it. With over 15 years of experience guiding others through their own healing journeys, Lauren offers a grounded, compassionate approach rooted in presence, trust, and transformation. Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, addiction, or simply searching for a deeper connection to yourself, Lauren creates space for you to slow down, tune in, and rediscover your inner resilience.
She integrates ear acupuncture, somatic healing techniques, trauma-informed care, and intuitive wellness coaching to meet you where you are. Her work is guided by the belief that wholeness is not something we achieve—it’s something we uncover.

From Texas and Across the Southwest…
Lauren earned her degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and studied integrative healing at the Southwest School of Botanical Medicine. She worked for years as a licensed therapist, serving individuals and families across the Southwest. Her practice focused on whole-person wellness, trauma recovery, and addiction support. Today, she blends clinical training with holistic tools to meet clients in every stage of their healing.
